From 3 to 6 September, the 12^th conference of the IOBC-WPRS working group on “Integrated Protection of Stored Products” is taking place in Pisa, Italy. We will attend the program and have our own desk in the hall. Over there we display our own solution of stored product protection. Are you curious about our contribution to food safety? Last week, from 13 to 16 February, VacQPack attended the BIOFACH in Nuremberg again and it was a success! Different markets from all over the world took an interest in our packaging technology. We would like to thank everyone who visited our booth and was interested in our products and services.

VacQPack has opened a branch office in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. We welcomed Kelvin Nam as our Vietnamese representative, and he will be at your service. He visited the VacQPack head office in the Netherlands, where he learned all the VacQPack facets. He will also be present at the 11th VINACAS Golden Cashew Rendezvous in Hue, Vietnam. We hope to see you there!

Last May was the first time VacQPack attended the INC World Congress on nuts and dried fruits. The biggest event in the business. And it was a success!

Our packaging technology aroused the interest of Australian, South African and Californian markets. Also, the nuts sector is adopting bulk packaging. Our technology guarantees quality preservation under vacuum and a controlled atmosphere. Moreover, we learned that solutions of organic fumigation are becoming more popular for worldwide nut business key players.

We look forward to next year, and hope it will be just as successful as this year!
