Cleanpack 2.6
The VacQPack Cleanpack 2.6 is a powerful and high-tech computerized vacuum system. The working parameters such as depth of vacuum, the frequency and the pressure variations during flushing (MAP) are guided by the processor.

Status of the process, pressure and possible leakages can be detected, popping out on the screen. For each commodity to be treated, the working parameters are adaptable by request and introduced on the machine’s software.
From that starting point on, the VacQPack Cleanpack 2.6 can work fully automatically. Option to operate it manually is always open.

Cleanpack Combi 2.5 – 501
The VacQPack Cleanpack Combi 2.5-501 is a really industrial and multifunctional device that packs dry food commodities like beans, nuts, seeds or any other dry granulated products in bulk packages from 10 kg up to 2000 kg under vacuum and/or in modified atmosphere.
The “Combi” name is due to its two separate modes to work.
– a traditional pressure chamber for large frequency productions of smaller packaging (10-25 kg)
– the external framework of tubes and head valve process larger packaging (up to 2000 kg) by using the patented VQP-Gas Exchange Valve.

The same vacuum pump, the same processor and the same display are used to guide both packaging process options.
Once applied the chamber mode, the VacQPack Cleanpack Combi 2.5-501 packs under vacuum and/or in modified atmosphere by adding carbon dioxide (CO2) or nitrogen (N2). By means of a gas mixer (supplied as an optional) coupled to the machine, it is possible to inject a mix of two gases in variable proportions. The open package, duly prepared, is pushed by the operator to the machine center through an idle roller.

The loading top part of the bag is positioned on the sealing bar and fixed to a device that keeps it tense during the packaging operations. By closing the lid, the area containing the package is insulated and the work cycle starts and proceeds as follows:

  • Starting of the vacuum pump
  • Injection of compensation gas, if programmed
  • Rest time, if programmed
  • Bag sealing
  • Restoring of the ambient atmosphere inside the chamber and cooling
  • It is then possible to open the chamber and replace the sealed package with a new one and re-start the cycle

Functioning in external mode is similar to the VacQPack Cleanpack 2.6 device

Sealer CS500
This continuous heat sealer will act connecting the two edges of the liner’s top part, where the loading takes place.
It was designed so that the heat sealing procedure is processed in a smoothed mechanical way, surfing along a rail and avoiding human mistakes as portable solutions normally do.
It has a flow speed of 5.5 m/min.
The Sealer CS500 has a nose with a small guiding system and is suitable for sealing polyethylene, polypropylene, laminate and aluminum foil.

Sealer CS350

The Sealer CS350 is suitable for sealing polyethylene, polypropylene, laminate and aluminum foil.

Sealframe
This structure was designed to be stable and robust enough to aid the sealing process. It can be adjusted so that ergonomically the liner heat sealing is processed in the most efficient way.
This unit makes a continuously sealing of bags made of thermoplastic film such as Polyethylene (PE). The unit is able to seal up to a thickness of 2 x 0,3 mm. The sealer can be used as a movable/manual unit or with the designed big bag-sealing standard of VacQPack. The sealer is adjusted automatically to the different thickness of the film. In this way it is created reliable sealing to avoid leakages.

Compactor
A shaking plate compacts by vibration the package unit, aiding the efficiency of room save for logistics purposes.

Pallet converter
The pallet converter is designed to ensure the possibility of sealing a complete pallet by circle turning.
A stack of bags is being this way involved with the VQP outside liner in a safe and mechanical fashion.

Gas Exchange Valve (VQP patented)
VQP unique patented valve allows modify the composition of the atmosphere (MAP) inside the packaging.
Extended shelf life can be managed by this vale, recurring to low pressure by vacuum, which can be repeatedly restored and the MAP conditions that can be actively controlled.
This valve also guarantees a nondestructive way of managing O2, CO2, N2 and moisture.
For powders and other fine substances the valve can be supplied with a special filter.
