High-barrier performance
VacQPack liners are more than packaging; they are a functional part of the MAP process. Manufactured from advanced multi-layer films with excellent oxygen and moisture barrier properties, they are designed to maintain stable internal conditions over extended storage and transport periods. This slows oxidation, prevents mold development, and eliminates insect infestation without chemicals.
Each liner is equipped with the patented VacQPack gas exchange valve. This valve allows inert gases to be introduced efficiently and enables repeated oxygen measurements without compromising the seal. After sampling, the modified atmosphere can be restored instantly, ensuring continuous protection and full process control throughout the supply chain.

VacQLiner outside liners are designed to be placed over existing big bags, sacks, or boxes, making them perfect for retrofitting MAP into current operations.
